Refund policy

Refund and Return:
The Sculptures are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 80-90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique! Hope you can understand and forgive! Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... Refund and return are only considered base on the following conditions:
A. You may cancel your order and get full refund before we start the sculpting of your bobbleheads!
B. Once we start the sculpting and show you early sample proofs, only 40% of total payment refund is available, if you want to cancel your order - please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.
C. We do care about your experience to order online with us, now, you can be protected by our "0" risk order online policy " -- If you find it not as described when you get your package in hand within 14 days, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for returning shipping cost), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid.
