1. Shipping & Handling:
Usually we use UPS/Fedex: It is really fast and you can track online anytime. Normally, it takes only 5-8days from us to main cities in the world.

2. Shipping Methods and time
We ship to worldwide cities that Fedex/UPS Air-Express service reaches!
You should ask first, and then choose appropriate sculpturing and shipping methods to meet your schedule. We provide free shipping for custom bobblehead orders, but some times we will take extra costs, depending on weight and any situations!
At present, we offer 3 sculpturing pans for you to choice:

*2-3 weeks Standard sculpting(Free proofs)
*10 days-rush sculpting(Free proofs)
*5 days-urgent sculpting(No proofs)

For example, if you choose "ships within 10 days" on 1 Dec, then we will arrange to complete your order and send out by FedEx within 7-10days. Arrival may on Dec.11th-15th. Always ask us first and tell us your plan!

3. Shipping Damage Claims - 100% Free Redo
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, please open and check in front of the courier. If the doll is damaged, please send us photos and we will arrange Free Redo(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims, Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it).
